A Little History….
Spruce Mountain Granites was originally formed in 2000 by Paul Bagalio II after having a successful career in granite sales.
He purchased Ron’s Custom Sandblast, subsequently changing the brand's name, and years later, in 2007, he acquired the property from the Duquette family.
The new building had vacant office spaces and proudly housed Barre's newest state-of-the-art sandblast facility, designed to meet modern industry standards.
The combination of a dedicated sales team and a custom sandblast operation proved to be a good marriage, leading to continued growth and success for the business.
As time progressed, it became clear that Spruce Mountain needed its own dedicated granite manufacturing plant to further enhance its operations. Having worked closely with one of their primary granite suppliers, Colonial Granite, the plan gradually began to take shape.
In 2009, Clement and Scott Vaillancourt, the owners of Colonial Granite, along with Paul, made the strategic decision to merge the two operations into one cohesive entity, which is now known as the present-day Spruce Mountain Granites & Custom Sandblast Inc.
